Had Amber do my hair. Over the phone, I’d made sure to confirm the service I was booking in for was a curly blowdry. I needed the brushes left in and confirmed this would be the case. Amber told me she would not have time for this, which is fair, but I should not be missold a service and would have gone elsewhere, rather than to be left underwhelmed. Cut was ok, I asked for a bit more layering than I got but overall it was the blowdry that was important to me. I feel if I can’t communicate my needs in a salon then it is not one I am comfortable to return to. Prices are averaging what you would pay for a cut and style (£44.00). I love trying new salons in the area but unfortunately this one was a bit underwhelming. 👎🏻 Service: Hairstyling
