I asked a retired neighbour specialist to attend to hear the advice given, when obtaining a quote from, pure green energy. I was assured the advice given was accurate and best met the requirements for our home. This gave me confidence to commission Pure Green to carry out the work. The time taken from commencing installation to completing the work took three working days, all those that carried out the installation and working in the office, where polite and professional at all times. I was given additional advice for installation of batteries and inverter for my motorhome for free. The installation passed all electrical safety tests first time. I would Highly recommend Pure Green to install your Solar Panels.

I really wish I went with a different company for our solar panels. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a pattern with them. Placed my order, waited months, eventually panels turned out (although not the batteries and inverter). They put the panels on, left the scaffold on the building UNCHECKED for weeks (which violates regulations and health and safety). Caused damage to the roof and leak inside the house. Argued that no fault of theirs was in the process. Why did they start the install in the first place if all components were not there? CASHFLOW! Once they start the install they charge you for the next lot of money. Weeks went by, after many emails finally they turned out and completed the installation. Save yourself a lot of time and nerves and look elsewhere.

Solar system and battery all up and running thanks to the team from Pure Green Energy. We were warned at the beginning that some items may be delayed by shortages due to a nationwide problem, fortunately we were really pleased that the delays were negligible. Good communication any questions of which i had loads were answered same day or the following day. If i was starting all over again would i use Pure Green Energy the answer definitely yes.

This company has left us with a partial solar PV installation for almost five months because it cannot get the required inverter to finish the job. The result had been scaffolding on two sides of the house for four months, blocking natural light, the paths around the house, and our patio, which we have been unable to use. While the inability to source an inverter is down to market conditions, the company should not have started work without the expectation of completing the work quickly by, for example, ensuring everything required for the job was in stock. By being unable to enjoy our garden, because of the scaffolding, our spring and summer has been ruined. Plus we had a roof array of solar panels that was doing absolutely nothing. After three months, a trip by an electrician to check the panels were working with a view to removing the scaffolding resulted in no change, despite the panels being in working order. The scaffolding was eventually taken down a month later. Five months after the initial installation, Pure Green’s electrician arrived with an inverter, but other items to divert power to the immersion heater remain out of stock. Communication has been patchy. Emails often go unanswered. However, the staff are pleasant to deal with, and the debacle over the scaffolding resulted in a phone call from the boss promising action; it came the morning the scaffolders turned up.
