Placed an order with them almost 2 weeks ago and still not received my coffee machine. I was told by Elliot that the refurbished machine was nearly ready and that we would receive it on Monday 19th July. As I hadn't heard anything all morning/afternoon, I called up this morning and was promised a call back. Nobody phoned me... I then got sent an email advising that the machine would be installed/delivered on Wednesday? Zero communication between the staff.

I had 2 machines with them a Palma and Sinfonia, one of them is been always giving troubles, most of the time they blame you, more than 6 months complaining about one of the machines and never been fixed. My contract finish in October, I asked for the machine to be removed and they made me pay until the last penny of the contract. Defo not good customer service. I do not recommend.
