Aliona is a truly exceptional yoga coach. She is encouraging, positive, happy, thoughtful and engaging. Due to my historic injuries, I am unable to do everything, however she kindly provides alternatives and is so inclusive towards me, even when I struggle. I spent 30 years playing rugby, training in Karate and boxing: which has taken a toll in broken bones, ligament/tendon/muscle tears and so on. However the yoga that I have begun with Aliona is now a regular habit that I wish I had started decades ago. Without hesitation I would recommend her as a Yoga Teacher.

Aliona is an amazing yoga teacher! I have been going to her classes for over 7 years and I am still learning new techniques and poses. I have suffered with a number of health issues over the years and Aliona is so caring and considerate and she really takes the time to adapt the poses for me. Aliona understands each person’s needs and tailors the class so that it works for all. I highly recommend Aliona’s classes for any age and any level. Don’t hesitate to sign up!

Aliona is a highly accomplished yoga teacher. She is able to support and challenge novices and experienced practitioners. Her classes are always well planned and sequenced and her instructions are clear. She is quick to understand the strengths and areas for development of each participant. Her online classes have worked really well and prior to lockdown her face to face sessions have always been of the highest quality. Unlike many teachers in larger venues, she pays close attention in order to safely correct and improve everyone’s practice . Overall, great classes from a warm, intelligent and perceptive teacher.

I've been doing yoga classes with Aliona for a few years now starting from zero - recently moved to virtual classes via Zoom due to covid restrictions. Amazingly this new arrangement works really well and now I can do yoga twice a week! As much as I miss the studio in Kailash, going virtual opens up new possibilities - not mentioning it gave me motivation to clean up the living room to make space for the mat! :) The classes have friendly atmosphere, it doesn't matter whether one has just started doing yoga or has some experience - Aliona will suggest various options to some poses depending on one's experience. Aliona explains every pose really well and varies the themes between classes so they are nicely balanced. I can definitely recommend yoga with Aliona to anybody. See you there!

I am very much enjoying the virtual zoom yoga classes with Aliona. I returned to “class” after a long break and am now attending 3 times a wk. Covid has helped me rediscover my inner yogi! I find the classes give me some structure to my empty days and also help me relax and sleep. Classes are themed (balancing, hips, back bends etc) and I have found them to be quite accessible even after my time away from practice. All you need is a small space and a yoga mat. Other Props can be improvised with books, cushions etc. Once you get your head around the idea of a home class it works really well and is time efficient. No travel needed. I hope virtual classes will continue beyond lockdown allowing me to continue to attend when I’m away from London. Thanks 🙏🏻 Aliona
