as per others have said, had this fitted last year, one has now moved to Ukraine the other has left the company. Asked for info of where to replace carts and got a barrage of abuse from Steve about people dying in Ukraine.

Don’t bother using this service. We had a water filter installed a year ago and simply wanted a filter change and the response below is what we got. Absolutely disgusting customer service and I will be taking this to watchdog!! Go to Harvey Water Softener Instead!

I wanted to leave it a while before I reviewed to ensure I gave the product the best possible time and I think 5 months is ample. I have to say I'm quite underwhelmed but agree with comments about the improvement to the taste of the water. For me, the key reason I wanted this was to combat the hard water we have down south and prevent limescale. Judging by the kettle, sinks and shower heads, this has not remotely worked. The guys did say once the water tank has emptied and refilled this would give the best results but it's honestly made no difference whatsoever. Whether it was installed incorrectly or it's not powerful enough I don't know but it might be better for people in somewhere more compact like flats for example?

What can I say? Boxing Day evening, my home electrics downstairs all failed. We had tropical fish, freezers full of food, and frustration all round. I called Steve English Electrician from Bishops Stortford, responded to my call immediately, identified the problem after taking only thirty minutes to get there, and was incredibly polite, helpful, and reassuring. Highly recommend.

2 weeks since our installation & we immediately enjoyed the fresh taste of our water. Limescale reduction is amazing and it’s made a huge difference to our hair! Owen and Steve are incredibly professional, friendly and very very tidy. Fantastic value for money now that I know longer need to buy bottled water and it’s kinder to the environment too!

Huge thanks for installing your water purifier last week. The difference between the system you installed and the old, salt-based water softener is enormous. We've immediately seen some benefits of having pure water coming out of every tap: tea that tastes great and looks crystal clear, a dishwasher that washes better and doesn't fur up. It could be the best home-improvement investment I ever made.
