I had a puncture previously and had it fixed at Ladywell Village Cycles SE13, big mistake. They ordered an inserted the wrong inner tube which then rubbed the inside of my tyre and ripped it. Costing me considerably. So I took my pure electric E scooter where I should have took it in the first place to Pure electric where they done a fine job.

Poor customer service ( they sent the scooter after warranty repair to the wrong address plus did not investigate the second issue with a scooter which resulted I had to send back scooter again). Also the battery after couple month of rare use of the scooter is very weak - response from the engineer team - the battery is fine. I wouldn't advice buying from pure electric.
