I am so grateful to Laura and all the training techniques. She has shown me over the past 12 months with a Monty. I managed to take him to MJ‘s café in the village at the same time as 4/5 mums with pushchairs and babies all arrived. They then decided to move the furniture around so they could all fit in. Monty just sat there as quiet as anything just watching what was happening, and then another lady came in with a small dog again Monty‘s reaction wasn’t that bothered just sat by me and wanted to see what was going on. I rewarded him with lots of treats and praise. Tell him what a clever boy he was for a Labrador that’s 22 months old to be able to do this was absolutely fantastic. I feel quite confident now that I can take Monty anywhere a pub, a café or restaurant and he’s so well-behaved it’s all down to the training and the techniques and the time and perseverance that we put in with a Monty. So if anybody is struggling out there with their pup and wondering if you’ll ever get to that point ! You will just follow the training practice practice and you will get there and you will then have an amazing pup x

Pure Dog Adventure Training helped me gain confidence as a dog owner and to focus on my dog rather than what others think (those that role there eyes on walks). Berties confidence has grown and as a nervous dog he struggled to join the group on week one, but it didn't take long for him to be fully involved and enjoying all the training and games. Fun relaxed classes with simple effective techniques. We will be back to carry on learning and progressing.

Asta my 2 yr old Shepherd and I have been scent training with Laura since July 2022. Aside from being great fun it has been great for us both working and training together and has made Asta much more confident. Her focus and drive is now amazing. This is down to Laura and her relaxed and friendly style of teaching / training, the groups are small and friendly in each class which means you get plenty of search time and the feedback relevant and helpful. Once a month we have a ‘trial’ day where you go to a different location and carry out two searches and both of us are marked giving a good indication on how you work together. Asta has done really well (see picture attached of her winners rosette’s 😊) and has just moved up to Level 2. We love it, if you want to do something different and satisfying with your pup I can’t recommend Laura and her team highly enough!

We met Laura with our 18 month old Working Cocker who has ADHD and Hyperactivity !!!!! 6 months on we wouldn't be without Pure for our spaniel. Weekly training sessions are always varied, and carrying on at home brings it all together. Thankyou for everything you do Laura. We have a different dog completely who does a spin on Saturdays when he knows he's going to puppy school !!

I have 3 ex-track greyhounds. One I knew barked at other dogs and a young dog I already had decided this was a great sport! After a training session with Laura my problem has been fixed. I used to use a muzzle on Eden to make dog walkers with small breeds feel safer. It's not aggression just excitement! The click and treat training suggested to me has worked brilliantly! They no longer bark at dogs or return barks from small noisy breeds! Summer on The Front is busy with visitors and their dogs so it's wonderful I am able to relax knowing they are not going to worry other owners! Thanks Laura, Susan White

I’ve been coming to classes for a couple of months now and have made great progress with my energetic one year old Springer Spaniel. When we started he was very excitable and restless with questionable recall. He’s now much calmer and attentive when we play games and are training. Walks with him are definitely less stressful now - he’s far from perfect but he’s making great strides! The classes are great with varied games and move at a pace which stops the dogs (and owners) getting bored. I’ve found Laura to be an excellent teacher too - always on hand to answer questions and passes on valuable tips to make sure you’re getting the best of of your dogs! Highly recommended!

Really friendly and professional service and after completing the 6 week Foundation classes, my crazy working cocker Hugo is like a different dog. Laura helped me to understand the breed instincts and characteristics are and how to use that knowledge to train and build simple commands step by step. Laura was very patient and understanding with a variety of breeds on the class and also provided email handouts to continue the work at home after the course was completed. The impact on Hugo has been fantastic and as well as learning lots of new commands and tricks, he's clearly less anxious and a much happier dog. Really good service i would recommend to any dog owner - 5 stars :)
