My first visit to the shop back in October, Neil was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Was easy to talk to and all the staff was extremely friendly. Neil was very helpful with advising me on ideas about the tattoo I wanted and was reassuring. Neil has been very helpful with my aftercare and answering all my questions without any problem, reassuring me and making me feel better about the situation I was in.
