Been with pure for 2 years had no problem until the past few months drop in downloads and net freezeing .now just got home for work and I have no Internet rang up 3 times still no one as rang back .

Awful experience, internet continuously dropping out, office supposed to open at 8am, no reply from live chat and phone lines not open. This isn't a one off instance, this is occurred several times now still the same awful customer service. Looking to change provider now.

Pure were great before they were bought out. Since then nothing but problems. I work from home ( try to anyway ) pay for 200mb. Get 30mb and drops constantly. All calls answered by call handling company. No direct access to tech support. im waiting for them to call back to fix the current issue, so far its been an hour. The last call back took 7 hours. AVOID a week and a half on and the issue still isnt fixed but they have closed the ticket as satisfied. JOKE OF A COMPANY
