The customer online portal was fantastic and really got me excited at helped me to feel in control for my appointment. After a long day of trying on dresses Molly was able to squeeze us in at the end of the day to try my favourite dress back on. Beautiful shop with stunning dresses. She got to know myself and my bridesmaid and mum, she also listended to what I wanted and managed to find the perfect dress with such care to detail about every part I liked on a dress. As the lovely Riro said, the best things in life are unexpected! I came to Pure Brides not expecting to walk away with THE ONE, as I am so picky and like to take my time on big decisions. But Riro was so lovely and really let me go at my own pace trying on each dress with no pressure. She was attentive and made me feel comfortable. I ended up picking the first dress I tried on but not before Riro gave me the chance to try on a good variety of dresses just to make sure I had crossed off all the styles I wanted to look at, before trying on my chosen dress one more time. To top it off, the shop is absolutely lovely, very welcoming, and the rest of the team are all so friendly too. If I had to pick a point for improvement it would just be to have more of the Milla Nova styles although I do think that would have made it even more difficult to make a decision! The best experience finding my wedding dress. Renee listened to exactly what I wanted and went and found me the perfect dress. Unlike other shops you don’t go searching - they find and dress you, and don’t choose anything out of your own price range. Also lovely touches such as robe and slippers in the changing room, and the new shop is just gorgeous. The best experience compared to other shops - yet competitively priced too. Can’t recommend Pure enough! Also super welcoming and friendly, put me and my party at ease. A super enjoyable appointment, and glad we saved the best til last! Thank you, and I can’t wait to wear my dress in 2024! X
