The friendly and helpful welcome from Emma, the ease of access (contactless via emailed app), the beautiful layout of the flat, and the small personal touches like the branded shower gels and tea towel are all reasons to revisit this wonderful set of apartments in the heart of Ashford. Emma was at the end of the phone if there were any difficulties and she made the stay effortless. Thank you so much for being so accommodating!
