    Repairs take multiple job numbers and continual chasing months to complete small jobs if at all. Might be the worst company I've ever had any dealings with. Sadly they have a contract for our building so we are forced to use them which is I guess how they manage to stay in business

    Disabled and vulnerable lone parent resident with two children under 10, one child disabled. Left in limbo since December 2022. Issues outstanding since 2015!!! Hackney Council must cease all contracts with this company. Lies, verbal and emotional and mental abuse, intimidation tactics by the men who enter a home with lone female, won’t even crack a smile at curious children, intentional damage to property, poor quality work, failure to complete or move forward, blames customer or Herts Heritage for failures and vice versa. Customer services Lucy, Emma, Clarice and Jay and all the staff in the same room gossiping about customers, toxic and unhelpful, patronising and lacking basic admin skills and failure to adhere to or specify a timeframe. I was told I don’t know how it works in his office. It seems neither does he. Can see who is calling and choose to ignore caller, admitted by Clarice. Lucy and Emma refuse to return my calls, I get stonewalled so I hid my number to call, watched the calls picked up instantly. I feel like I spoke to a bunch of fresh school leavers given their choice of words and stonewalling from speaking to anyone else. They confirmed there is no manager or supervisor in the office, so they behave as they please. Hackney making residents suffer from incompetent cowboys in their own home and staff on the phone can’t deal when it gets called out. Lucy told me Herts won’t respond, Herts told me they did. Lucy trying to cover her lies then told me Herts Heritage refuse to return to my property for recall because they find me difficult! So Lucy has heard from Herts and keeps asking me to wait for them to respond for 3 months, before she can give me an appointment??I wonder why…Refuse to forward to manager, or give the full name of a manager due to confidentiality. Absolute shambles! And frankly embarrassing given all the reviews prior to this one. Hackney Mayor already aware, will now update and seek legal advice. I wish I listened to my gut years ago, rather than let them or their sub contractor Herts Heritage back into my home to leave us in devastation. Then they take home a wage for the trouble. Edited; Lorri and Igar (surveyors) have been the most professional, reasonable and trustworthy members of this company, unfortunately for the good people of this company, customer service and Herts Heritage traders have ruined Purdy’s reputation.

    This company should not be alive. Terrible customers service no management. Are calls even recorded here? This is an absolute shambles and horrendous organisation. Especially Nisham and Ali who I spoke to on 7th may 2023 between 9pm - 10pm advising I have new born baby. No consideration- this is an unprofessional unacceptable company. Honestly cannot believe they are alive.

    You should get -5⭐️ stars. Bad reputation. False booking system. They booked you in and said never been booked. I don't believe it took them 8 months to fix two doors. Just lies after lies to buy more time. wasting time and money for everyone. the council, the tenant, and God knows who else. No manager or supervisor is available to handle complaints. bad quality equipment. bad installations. unfriendly, unprofessional labours, probably because they are under pressure and not paid enough too.

    One of the worst contractors. Trying to get an appointment on behalf of a family member and they’ve just been making us go around in circles, contractors leaving ‘we’ve been here’ and not even letting us know they’re here. Absolutely disgusting!! Now escalating with the Housing Ombudsman and will escalate as much as possible!! Please avoid them at all costs EDIT: 21/02/2023 - Emailed 2 weeks ago to your customer service and still no response or appointment

    These a a bunch of useless creatures who are there just to waste your time! We have no fire and carbon monoxide detectors at home, so I made 3 appointments in a row and they failed to turn up to all! Yet customer service will not apologise, and say that the appointment was changed. Obviously we had no warning that appointments were changed and when I then booked the third appointment and asked for a confirmation they said they don’t do confirmations. Obviously because their plan was not to return to the appointment again. How can anyone miss 3 appointments??? I have done what I could on my side but they are just useless time wasters. I won’t even bother with them, next step is to make a formal complaint and if an incident happen at home to take them to court! I hope one day they will get to know what actually providing a service means.
