Pups play hade 7 1/2 week old Akita Puppies. They were sleepy at first (aw we know puppies sleep a lot just as babies), but they gained energy as woke up. It wasn’t a big group of people that attended meaning it was nice and intimate with the puppies🐶

Session cancelled at short notice and I received an email offering a refund or reschedule but no response when I requested a refund. I messaged on Instagram as the company are very active there and my messages went ignored. After multiple ignored messages Pups Yoga claimed they had never received an email from me so I sent them screen shots to show emails sent. I’ve escalated this as a potential scam to citizens advice. I’d recommend going with a different company. Definitely one that has a phone number on their website. Update: company claimed on Instagram comments that they had processed a refund and sent a receipt but neither were received. Never received my money back from the company so had to go through my bank. Awful experience, can’t believe this company is trusted with puppies.
