I was so nervous to have my lobes pierced (I'd had a really bad experience at Claire's when I was about 14!) All the staff here were so so lovely and put me right at ease and Juela, who did my piercing was so good with me, I honestly can't give this place enough praise and Juela enough credit! She is the absolute sweetest and all the staff were kind and friendly and the guy at the desk (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name!) Was so patient with me while I was faffing about. Had read great reviews about this place and booked myself and friend for a nose piercing as we were visiting Brighton. Not only was the service impeccable but the staff were phenomenal went through everything thoroughly and made the whole experience brilliant.
