I wouldn’t even step foot into this place, the staff are so unprofessional and rude. I had my dhol drum in for repair and when I got it back, my bass ripped within 4 days as they had messed my kinaar up and then blamed it on how I had hit the dagga into the bass (not the first time) then I asked if anything could be done free of charge and then the owner named ‘taj’ refused very rudely.. I then asked what can be done about it and he got the money out the till and literally threw it at me! I had never felt so uncomfortable in my life nor have I ever experienced anything like this before although I was a regular customer. The guy called amar who sorted my dhol out didn’t have anything to say after messing my kinaar up and instead agreed with the so called owner taj. Guys stay away from this place they will rip you off

Supposed to serve a community. Sadly awful service, quite arrogant. Thanks but no thanks, thankfully I found what I needed elsewhere, but these lot kept me hanging. Won't be going back there again, All I wants was a photo with proper measurements. Thankfully EBAY, PULLED IT OUT THE BAG, cheaper and free delivery, bang 👌. These lot at punjabi roots are just a shame to the punjabi community

Got tabla reskin, although OK the staff are just terrible. The man actually argued with me because I hadn't picked up my tabla. Very odd young man, major put off. I would've purchased more items but didn't. A courteous respectful attitude means a lot to me.
