Found them rude constantly speaking over my MIL when she was trying to ask questions luckily myself and my partner were there to tone him back down. I had to remove myself from the situation as I found him overbearing and very rude. And also their prices are ridiculous. Got the exact same thing for a lot cheaper

Absolutely Shocking customer service from Amrik Chopra! He was fantastic on initial consultation- did a thorough measurement was very friendly and willing to negotiate price. Until the day of set up came... his brother i belive came with couple other men to set up - me and my partner were getting both our marquees done from punjab tent hire - they were meant to set up both out marquees roughly the same time but our sangeet setup where meant to be done at different dates ( my partners first) now for some reason they came to my house first so i just let them set up i didnt know they only have litteraly 1 sangeet set up i.e umbrella cushions.. my fiance called asking where his set up was at as they had there function the next day! Amrik was extremely rude to him and said i rang him to set up mine first when that was a total lie - it was a mistake on there side! He basically said theres nothing he can do as your wife to be has now got ur set up. I was totally unaware of what was going on at this point. My function came and i needed the dolki and chimta as promised in consult - so i messages me chopra askin for it - the respond i got so rude and was utterly shocked! He baiscally said ‘ im not running around for you your fiancé has it go get it yourself’. I then said Amrik it mentions in paperwork it will be provided so i assume delivered... Amrik then went on about how ‘ you typical indian are after everything for nothing ‘ I couldn’t belive what i was hearing! He tottaly stressed me out 2 days before my wedding day

One of the worse of tent hire companies. 1: They never answer the telephone. 2: They don't show up as they said. 3: They have workers, that don't understand basic English language. 4: They are a shambles, turning up with half the stuff. 5: No nothing about connecting the electricity, dangerous 6: No business acumen, or how to talk to customers. 7: Attitude from the dark ages. 8: Better going to the other several tent companies in Handsworth 9: try DOABA, good customer care 10: They Need to improve there attitude, otherwise they may end without any customers. If you read you'll see it its positive criticism, it appears the owner or his family of is putting in good reviews. What a Cheat.. You should always consider your own reviews, before referring or considering reviews of other sites. You will have ample opportunity to prove yourself to customers. Rather reply to your own review you try the old Indian mentality of blaming others. This is not cricket!

The last review is based on a customer that doesn't understand basic requests. Asked him to send me a msg to confirm appt... he never confirmed so I never bothered turning up. Apparently we have done marquees in the past for him, if we are that bad y bother calling us in the first place... what goes around come around.. no doubt... he did make me laugh with some of his msgs... Happy days.. thanks for reading..
