Couldn’t find the place and I was using the ME14 postcode and address that was displayed on their website! When I phoned them, I told the guy our location to get directions. He was honestly so rude and he ended up giving me the postcode I had already used! He was very unhelpful! He went on to say that he would send me Google drop for the location! We had waited around for around for 15mins and nothing came through! My family and I had got to the point where none of us wanted to go anymore, so we left! Whoever that was talking to me on the phone needs to have some customer service training and perhaps learn some manners! All in all, what was meant to be a nice family experience turned into a disappointing and stressful one! Don’t bother wasting time, money or petrol coming here! I rather travel a bit further and go to a site that appreciates its customers!

This is a lovely place to go pumpkin picking I would advice to put the name 'pumpkin moon' in your sat nav rather than the post code. I would have liked to give this higher rating but we experienced extremely poor customer service at the hot drinks vans. If I was to go again I would not use any of their services and just go purely for the pumpkins.

My first pumpkin patch and I wasn’t disappointed. It’s absolutely amazing seeing all the pumpkins. Also I love the photo opportunity all around. The prices are also quite reasonable. Will definitely come back again next year!
