After suffering for years with very painful aching swollen legs caused by blood pressure "medication" i become immobile. The dose was continually increased as it became less effective. The so called "side effects" played down by doctors, saying they were "unwanted" "side effects" ignored my suffering. I became allergic thankfully and had to stop taking them. After four weeks my hugely swollen legs became skinny legs! But i was still getting aches and pains, and areas of slight swellings on my lower legs. I turned to Pumpernickel's for help and it was given. I'm taking a tincture when needed and my circulation has returned to my legs and the pain and swelling greatly releaved. Wonderful. Waheed and team are very knowledgeable. I had an issue with my sinus for years and nothing was working.
