Ordered a pump and paid £12.50 extra for next day delivery on 2nd November 2022. Still no pump. Have tried to email and contact us page but no response. Managed to get the same pump from Plumbworld cheaper and delivered the next day. They seem to be very efficient and good company at communicating. I would suggest avoiding Pump Sales Direct. Have no idea if I will ever get the pump or my money back. Update 8th November 2022 - Still no email received from company and online account still says order complete. However reply received via Twitter and refund has now been credited to my account. Suggest they review communication and online account information.

Awful and nasty customer service. I bought a backup sump pump from them (as a repeat customer), but then had to unexpectedly leave the country for what would become a bereavement. When I returned and opened the (undamaged) box, I found the pump inside was cracked in two places, with the black cover falling off repeatedly. I contacted them for a replacement, and was told I would have had to let them know within 7 days. When I replied to explain the particular situation, they completely ignored me. I will now purchase from somewhere else. Awful service.

Absolutely fantastic service, I mean this in the genuine sense. I rang up for some advice with a pump in mind. I was directed to a better and cheaper alternative that fit my specs perfectly and also talked through the attachments I'd need to make a full kit. It is refreshing to have someone so polite and helpful and above all honest. They did not rush me or grunt in reply to questions. I really wish I'd got the name of the chap to praise here!
