I am one of the "buyers of the first hour", I guess. I bought a pair of "Wireless Pump Mix" (I can't remember the name of the product and it's no longer in the offer, I'm afraid) and I loved them truly! By registering, you can achieve a 5 at warranty and I informed the team then that one of the earspeakers did not work anymore.....a photograph of the product was all that was asked for to get a new pair, can you imagine that?? Unfortunately, I did not send in the pic in the following years!!! My fault - but I bought a pair of Zeus headphones meanwhile and they're just great, too - unfortunately, my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 hasn't got a socket anymore, so I need a pair of Bluetooth speakers now.... If there was a pair of my initial wireless earphones left, I would take them with a kiss!

Pump audio are great. I'd bought the cheaper BOOM earphones and was really happy but just upgraded to the MIX earphones. Amazing (better than Apple) packaging, great sound, brighter colour, option of memory foam buds (although I prefer the normal rubber). Great for the gym, hardwearing, don't tangle. I used to get Sennheisers but am a full convert to PUMP now.
