Before ordering a set of control arms for my mk 7 fiesta st I rang up to double check that they were the correct ones for my car which I was assured they were. They weren't in stock when I ordered so had to wait to come in to stock (the website doesn't tell you this when you order) when the arms did finally come I fitted one of them to my car only to find out that it had sent my tracking totally out to the point that the car was undeliverable so I then had to put my old worn control arm back on the car. After doing some research I realised that I had been sent a standard mk 8 control arm which is longer than a mk 7 st arm. I got in touch with pumaspeed about this they weren't very interested and I was told that a courier would collect it at some point. Two weeks after they had been collected I had to call pumaspeed (after quite a few attempts) to chase up my refund. Unfortunately after this experience I won't be using pumaspeed ever again.

Would never use Pumaspeed ever again. Firstly Communication is shocking between the team. No one answers the phone, emails are responded to days/weeks after being sent. I was not told when my car was ready for collection I had to ring multiple times. I asked for my stock exhaust back so the car can be returned to stock and this was not communicated, it was left outside apparently and someone took it. A member of staff then told me that I never told anyone I wanted it back which is a complete lie. I still don’t have a stock exhaust or the money for a replacement a month later. Secondary, I had a GPF Valved exhaust fitted and my OEM valve motor magically stopped working the moment I left them, had to pay another £120 for it to be replaced. This was also fitted without my consent so I had a lovely bill when I went to pick up my car. Lastly, my locking wheel nut was never put back in my car. I took my car to another garage and they couldn’t start the work on the car because these clowns had it sat in their garage. I asked for some help to get the locking delivered but was pretty much laughed at down the phone and was ignored yet again by email. Spent over £1.1k and felt like I’d just walked off the street and wasted their time. Learn some customer service skills because you are a joke. Review will be edited once I have an exhaust as promised (weeks ago) back. EDIT again: still waiting for an exhaust replacement, 6 months later. Avoid avoid avoid.

Tale of two parts really! My other half had a turbo fitted and was really happy with the actual products, however a week later, it's leaking oil, after investigation, a pipe had been broken and left whilst fitting the turbo and these guys aren't interested at all...they've shipped half of what is needed to fix it, but won't cover any labour as it's a 'quick job' to fix...if it was so quick, why wasn't it fixed as soon as it was broken?? The bolts were also rounded around the break so fixing it is now also a drill out jobby! Good performance of the car but hideous lack of any customer service!!! ****I'd like to add to this review with regards to the below responses...yes you did offer us to return the car to fix your shoddy work (this would cost in fuel and time off work for the 5hr round trip and so isn't "FREE") so no, we're not prepared to do that for what you, (not us) said should be a quick job..the part has arrived today and is second hand covered in oil...so again... I'm happy to repeat hideous customer service...

Excellent service received from PUMASPEED with the purchase and delivery of new Ford Fiesta Ecoboost Engine. Very fast service, the engine was despatched the following day and received within 2/3 days all good. Aranged to return the old engine for extra cost to be refunded. The old engine returned on a pallet and refund made immediately. Cannot recommend enough for service we have received. From the word go any emails or telephone queries have been dealt with promptly and immediately by a member of staff. Thoroughly recommend and thank Pumaspeed for helping us out with new engine. I always give an honest mature view of how I personally feel about a company and never go with the crowd. This is the first time i have ever used this company and currently in the process of upgrading my fiesta ST 180. I ordered a ST 200 Airbox and cold air feed pipe which took nearly a week to arrive, i believe the part had to be ordered from a main dealer aas was not in stock,slightly disappointed but all considered not a bad delivery time I suppose. Problems arise the component was damaged MAF sensor broken! When I try to call and email this company and no one picks up time after time and no email reply. When I did eventually get though to an actual person he was actually quite RUDE and ABRUPT in his telephone manner no apologies and told me the MAF sensor should not have been included and that's cost him £ 200.,he then dispensed my call as fast as he could,what a joke ! . Basically I'm going to draw a line under this and say this is the first and last time I will use pumaspeed and will take my custom else where and suggest others do the same and buy form a company that appreciates good.paying RETURNING CUSTOMERS .... also I will say i am a Mature driver mid 40s and not by any means a boy racer and expect to be treated better. .. Following up reply .... Also the unit came from ford directly didn't it ? so technically the MAF sensor has not cost you Anything has it ! Or are they usually removed before you ship them out ? Who knows to be honest who cares i won't back, Last words of advice, Take a look now and then at all your negative reviews and DO something !! ..
