Ordered pool pump through onbuy, it was delivered 2 days early but to the wrong address, contacted Pulse Leisure, poor customer service no apology, assumption was it was my fault even though the system is “automated” and the delivery details are taken from the correct onbuy account, was told to go to address and collect parcel myself.
