Sean Brown and team are great at Cramlington. Not had a bad experience here yet. Everyone is very helpful. Plenty of used and new cars on site, as well as VW Rent-a-car. Used cars are in great condition and clean when put onto the pitch. They often have other marques present on the pitch, including Audi, Seat, VW and Jaguar. Being family run is a huge bonus, and you can really tell they genuinely care about their customers, unlike the big franchise plc's. You'll be looked after here. Staff are polite and responsive, and take real care with their customers. Aftersales care is exceptional, where Blayne, Denise and Gary work with the technicians to prepare cars to the highest standard.

Can't rate highly enough. Two visits after a bad experience at Darlington. Fast effective service. I had a MOT booked and my car got covered in a pigeon that had been flicked up on the M1. I was worried they'd not take the car and offered to clean it, but they took it in their stride and the car was gleaming on return. Really great helpful and friendly service.
