I been very disappointed by this shop manager as i Got few pieces clothes from pull &bear in Feb and when I took them home and tried themi found out they were small for me and I wasn't able to wear them and the next day I had to travel to my country as my mom was so ill and I stayed there for 3 months , when I back after that time I called pull &bear and explained my situation and asked them to exchange the items for me to bigger size but they refused that .

Very rude girl working there, her attitude was very off when me and my friend wanted to look at tshirts that she was folding. She was very moody with us and ended up practically forcing the tshirts into our hands when we said we wanted to look at them. I don’t normally write reviews but this woman‘s attitude was appalling, even if she was having a bad day she had no right to speak to us the way she did.
