**AVOID AT ALL COSTS / PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR PATIENCE** Regrettably, I thought pugz polishing would be able to polish the lips and spray the faces of my wheels in an appropriate time, but boy was I wrong! I dropped my wheels off to him in April and was told it would take around 2 weeks to complete, which I was completely fine with. A month or so later, I message him for an update to find out that he’s only just acid dipped them… I gave him the benefit of the doubt as I thought that maybe he’s finally started working on them and that they should be done soon. After 2 months since dropping the wheels off, and weeks of constantly messaging him asking for an update but getting ignored most of the time, I decided to make a 4 hour round trip to go and collect them as I just had enough - only to find out that absolutely nothing else was done! Your recent reviews say it all really, so please don’t your waste your time and patience trying to get booked in because he’s probably still working on customers wheels from last year. Please note: * He will make excuses such as “I didn’t feel well” or “I’ve had an injury” * If he’s told you he will need 2 weeks to carry out the job, you’re looking at more like 2 years * Your messages will get ignored * The work you’ve asked for just simply will not get done P.S. I believe you should stop making tiktok videos 24/7 and instead focus on getting customer's wheels finished👍🏼

After looking at his work on his website and social media, and initial contact I foolishly thought I had found the right person to entrust the refurbishment of my alloy wheels for my classic car. I dropped them off in September 2021, and given an estimated time of 2 to 3 weeks. At first all seemed well, as messages back and forth regards getting the correct colour code information for the centre sections of the wheels gave me a sense of progress. I next made contact asking for a progress report after a month, and was given the excuse that some of the other jobs had taken a bit longer to finish but he should get onto mine by the end of the week. I next made contact in the second week of January 22, in the hope I had definitely given him enough time, but he told me that he'd not been too well recently. Again I gave him the benefit of doubt. I then waited 6 weeks before messaging him again, but this time I didn't receive a response. So I visited in person, he promised to start working on them the next day. Again I gave him around 5 weeks before messaging him, and again no response. I would like to think that I have been more than generous with him but, I finally visited and collected my wheels, only to find that after 6 to 7 months the only work had been done was they had been chemically striped. They look in a worst state than when I dropped them off. A complete waste of time, my advice is to go somewhere else.
