Unlike many places I've been at lately, the pandemic has not helped improve things at this joint — servings are still humongous, prices unbeatable and quality certainly above Wetherspoons, but that's not all. The fixed menu's Sancocho felt more watery and the Costillas in BBQ sauce more standard than other renowned Colombian eateries in vibrant Elephant & Castle, where managers and staff seem to try harder. My star #4 for food goes to the hot sauce alone — possibly the best in town.
