This is a beautiful spa. I had the Lessen Your Stress treatment with Neola - really lovely treatment, couldn’t fault it. The setting is fabulous - super luxe, peaceful and calming. Highly recommended.

Ive only ever had 2 spa treatment in my life, 1 here and 1 elsewhere. The difference in experience from the first (which was great) to the most recent which was here at No.1 was unrecognisable! From the moment you walk in, to be greeted by the wonderfully warm, welcoming and caring Lisa to the actual treatment with Suzie where she put me in a state of total relaxation with her Regimen for Men (roughly £95 for an hour).. I was floating in total bliss while she worked on my back removing my tension and soothing me! Then I had a facial which just sent me off, i couldn’t not recommend this spa enough if you are looking for massage/treatment. I have already booked my next treatment which is there special treatment of the month - Reflexology! Thank you.
