Very poor customer service. On my own with dog so I opened door and stood on threshold without entering. Had to move in a few inches to shout my order over to member of staff, told I couldn’t come any further. Not acceptable. I completely understand that you don’t want dogs inside, but I wasn’t. Plenty of cafes are willing to come over, take your order and bring out. Made to feel very unwelcome. Put a clear sign on your door and train your staff to not make potential customers feel like social pariahs. This happened last year when I tried to buy some coffee from you and was with dog. Staff wouldn’t help. Thought that was a one off, clearly not. Won’t be coming back and won’t be recommending.
