Always helpful and polite with first class service from Reception staff, nurses to Doctors. They continued the same service through lockdown, putting themselves at risk but carried on regardless. We have been registered with this practice for 72 years my husband and 47 years myself. We wouldn't go any where else.

Reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. There has now been multiple occasions where a member of staff has been rude and abrupt, when I have been in need of appointments. To say that they work around vulnerable patients in need of help, they lack any ounce of sympathy or care.

If you want to get an appointment do not use this surgery. The after care I received after having my child has been shocking! I had to wait over 4 weeks to get a sample result back and I am 4 weeks after that still trying to get a follow on appointment. You ring constantly from 8am every morning to be told there are no appointments left call back tomorrow at 8am and just do this EVERY SINGLE DAY

Great doctors unless you want an appointment in which case you'll need to wait 6 weeks. Register with them but only if you're not going to be I'll.

Just spent 1 and half hours to make a appointment to be told to ring back on the morning or I can have it at the end of the month which is over 2weeks ago.We have tests done then get told to make a appointment to SEE a doctor but can't get in and if it's a emergency then ring 111. These can't examine you over the phone.Worst surgery I've had for getting through or getting a appointment.

Didn’t help my dad at all, except for constantly changing his medication and having blood tests, and now he’s no longer here and passed away of cancer. Total lack of care

The staff are friendly & polite, no question. The problem is the Car Park, only 2 disability spaces, and these are often taken up by nurses or visiting professionals. I take my disabled brother , i have leave him by the door whilst I drive round to the car park near the baths and then run back through pudsey park to be with him. Why can't the nurses etc park in the large car park and walk through the park to the centre, or park on the main road like others do, and walk round !!
