I went to this company a while back regarding an issue that I had with my laptop screen and the service and help that I received from them was outstanding from the start. I got regular updates as well as being able to talk to the technician looking at my laptop to discuss the issue and a solution. Unfortunately they could not fix the issue as it was a much more serious problem with the motherboard however their diagnosis was spot on. Since they only diagnosed the problem and was unable to fix it they didn't even charge me just for looking at it which I thought was great! I will definitely be using these guys again in the future and would recommend their repair services to anyone. Absolutely brilliant!
