Not a great expereicne. The swim tutors themselves have been lovely but the booking system is automated. They have really terrible customer service, they only care about taking recurring payments in advance and not actually interested in anything else. When leaving our last paid class, I told the tutor I would have to phone up and pay the following week for the next block and we would definitely still be there as normal. I phoned up to pay for the lessons but they then said their automated system has given my son's space to another child because I wasn't signed up to re-curring payments. Not everyone has the ability to sign up to recurring payments so this is crazy. I had notified the tutor I would be paying prior to the next lesson so his space should've been held or they should've called me prior to giving the space away.
