    There is no customer loyalty with this company. I bought £10k worth of furniture less than a month ago I needed two more sets. They say there 229 but when you read the small print you need to buy 16sets 299 each for only 2. They have just lost my business.

    The ordering process was simple. I had specific requirements which were dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner. All points of contact have been professional. The chairs I ordered arrived in time for our reopening but almost a week ahead of the estimated time given. Delighted with the product, good solid chairs that look great. Fabulous service.

    Absolutely livid with this company. No communication skills whatsoever. The ratio of calls for a call back was five to one. This is extremely stressful not knowing that your order has been even processed, especially when you have handed over thousands in a deposit many weeks before any calls are returned. When it eventually turned up, we were in the middle of unloading and I had a call saying I had not paid the balance. In all the calls I made I was not asked to pay and I was made to feel I was some sort of criminal. I stopped helping and went home to get a debit card and paid. Then we found the tables were the wrong size and the upholstery fabric was missing. The saga is till going on now.......NEVER AGAIN.

    Overall, my experience and long term relationship with Pubstuff Ltd. has always been a positive one even though we are now based in Italy we continue to use them. We wanted our place kitted-out in the traditional ‘British’ style, a bit like home from home and yet again, they delivered on the spec. Pubstuff were helpful in giving us advice and organising our trans-European delivery. If you are shopping around for value for money, professional advice and great after-care service then I have no hesitation in recommending Pubstuff, I have used them for 15 years and will continue to do so.

    We bought some Bar Stools and Dining Tables from this company for our Public House and Restaurant. When we experienced a problem with the varnish coming off three of the Dining Tables, albeit 18 months after we purchased them, when we contacted them to see if they could help us with the problem they were extremely unhelpful and discourteous. They immediately stated that we must have mistreated the tables, i.e. by using chemical cleaners, and that they were outside of the 6 month warranty anyway. We have never used chemical cleaners and we were within our rights, under the Sale of Goods Act, to go back to them with any problems up to 6 years from date of purchase. They suggested that we buy some varnish from B&Q and re-varnish them. They refused to offer any assistance whatsoever. I will certainly never use the services of this company ever again and would not recommend them to anybody.
