    Lisanne at PTP Wellness has been fantastic! - setting realistic goals and enabling me to achieve consistent development and weight loss over the past 6 months. Covid had me worried when the in person face-to-face PT sessions at the gym stopped but I was amazed at how great the video sessions were and these helped me continue to lose weight but also have some normality with a friendly face every week via the online meetings.
