    I have been training with Glenn for nearly a year. I got great results quickly , starting in the first 6 months. I tonned up and lost weight beyond the target I set myslef. He was consistent, positive and very flexible. Glenn helped with my diet, muscle pains and motivation to do things. He targets exercises to my body and goals, which is great. He knows a lot about anatomy so I trust this is done safely and well. We excercixe outside all year round and he has been so kind to agree to do this. He is very flexible about moving sessions around and he always communicates very clearly. He takes his job and his clients very seriously. Sessions are fun and with good banter. We do a lot of boxing. He always let's me win, we'll at least he says sošŸ˜‰
