    If you have a mechanical the guys are generally helpful. However the past 2 MOT operators weren't. Most recently one failed the car on tyres saying there were 'threads' visible in a cut. When I challenged it he tried showing me but was aggressive as I questioned this judgment. I saw no threads. This was my Daughter's car she wouldn't have a clue what a thread is! There was an even bigger cut which he'd missed! This cost my Daughter £150 for 2 tyres. I went along with it to avoid a real conflict. Only one tyre was discussed , both were on the rear. She got 2 shiney new tyres but the old ones were fine for a good 6 months yet.

    I took my car in to have the brakes fixed, paid £750, the brakes were fixed but now my car looks like a Christmas tree with all the lights on. They say there's nothing they can do and you should go to the Mercedes specialist. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR IN THIS GARAGE, YOUR CAR WILL HAVE MORE PROBLEMS WHEN YOU LEAVE IT.
