On my way to the petrol station (which is located next door to them) I noticed a piece of the underside of my car scrapping on the ground. I went into PTA and they were kind enough to put my car on the hoist promptly. they proceeded to fix loose part (which didn't take long). They did not charge me a single penny (even though I insisted). Very helpful and friendly. as they are round the corner from where I work I shall use them for other services going forward.
