Peter Teague was acting as my neighbours surveyor when my neighbour was in dispute with me over my extension and we was going through the party wall act. He was a friend of my neighbors and she chose him to act as her surveyor as she was not happy to use the surveyor I had chosen from a list of recommended surveyors from Birmingham City Council. Peter Teague charged me four times the average rate to provide this service. We did dispute this and eventually he did reduce his fee. Funny how Peter Teague only has 1 review and its 5 star with someone with the the same name as him. 01/08/2017 my neighbour e mailed me today asking me to take this review off as Peter Teague has asked her to ask me. Sorry Peter I am giving an honest review. Perhaps next time you will be more fair with your charges. I also have information that you have had your fees disputed by other customers in the past. Peter Teague tried to charge us £3000 for a £600 job.

He turned up on time, caused us minimum disruption in our very busy yard. He delivered us a full report of his findings in the time frame that he promised. Mr Teague surveyed our annex in a Grade II listed building in Sutton Coldfield to assess the possibilities of dramatically improving the insulation of the building. We were extremely please with the service. It was done at the time agreed, we had a full report detailing the assessment and our options within a few days and the cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend Mr Teague.
