    I have been on quite a journey with Gen. She has been by my side throughout, with her wonderful attitude, pushing me when I could do more and telling me to rest when my body needed to recover. I cannot thank her enough for my complete change in outlook. Gen, really invests in her clients and spends the time getting to understand everything about you. Both my strength and fitness have increased and there are noticeable physical differences. However, the biggest change to my life has been her lessons in meditation and food combining. As a result, I sleep better, worry less and focus on the now. I look forward to my weekly Gen fix and the new learnings and challenges to come.     After years of being ‘naturally thin’, I didn’t feel the need to think about being healthy as to me surely being thin was all that mattered?! As my 41st year approached, a few pounds crept on and I panicked and finally decided it was time to start looking after my body. I had never even walked into a gym before so the thought of having someone’s attention one-on-one whose life revolved around fitness and health absolutely terrified me.
