I have never been comfortable or confident in a gym environment. I started PT corner on a trial to improve my mental health and physical fitness. Even before I showed up, Dave was very patient answering questions. From Day One knowing nothing and without experience, the small group sizes, professional support, and friendliness of other members made me feel at home. There's a family feel and you're not competing against anyone, you're showing up for yourself. I really appreciate the coaches advising me on technique and the positive encouragement and support. There are a variety of different sessions to keep it varied and I'm always glad I went. PT Corner is a community of ordinary people cheering each other on. Definitely recommend.

PT corner is just amazing. I've done various courses with Callum over the years and then in October finally got round to joining the gym. All I can say is that I should have done it sooner. The sessions are amazing, small groups, no pressure, you work to your level, the staff are all so welcoming and friendly and offer gentle support and encouragement. Easy to book yourself on using the app and Callum and Dave are always on hand for support and advice. I feel 110% better the days I get up and go to the sessions, and even look forward to them, it's my escape from the day and day and a bit of me time.

I’ve been going to PT Corner since last September after never going to a gym previously and I’ve never looked back! The guys are all so lovely and helpful, they give great advice and motivate me to do my best even on bad days. The environment is super friendly, we always have a laugh and new people are welcomed with open arms. I would 100% recommend joining PT Corner as I’ve seen the progress I was aiming for and had fun doing it!

Join join join the best gym you will not be disappointed i wish i had long time ago !!! After being so unhappy with my weight depresssed given up tried different things and just not getting anywhere and actually scared to set foot in the gym I saw a challenge advertised so I looked into it and dave got in contact with me The team are aboustlely brilliant from day one dave callum ryan was so understanding helpful and knew I had picked right place for me and felt so comfortable I'd never set foot in a gym let alone lift a weight my confidence was very low and team was fabulous 👌 I've just done the 6 week autumn challenge and all through my process the team was so supportive I've really enjoyed it and I became the winner so that tells you how happy I am but I couldn't of done it without pt corner I love how flexible it is choose your times your days and different work outs works brilliant for me with having small children and work you will not be disappointed thanks again guys your all brilliant!!!!

Been going for a few months now and it has completely changed how I view exercise and dieting for the better, from someone that has always struggled with their weight, now having the knowledge and guidance from the instructors I feel I am on the right path to live a much more healthy lifestyle, I went from hating working out near people in the gym to now loving it and keeping me motivated, you never feel like a "client" like some places make you but more as your one big family, joining PT corner was one of the best descions I've ever made
