    Texted to say they were picking up the laundry 5 hours before the time slot I selected. I needed to chase them to ask them to honour the chosen pickup option. They still arrived nearly an hour early. Similarly, clothes were dropped off more than 30 minutes before the window I specified. My clothes have no discernable laundry / fresh smell. I can't detect any trace of product used. Clothes weren't folded - just shoved into the plastic bags. Extremely crumpled. Socks weren't paired, clothes had hair stuck to them. There was also someone else's sock in my bag. Who knows what items of mine have ended up in another bag. Really unimpressed. Genuinely upset at the poor service. Service: Laundry wash & fold

    I wish I could give them under 1 star, that’s how bad they are! I am so disappointed I didn’t read the reviews before I decided to give my laundry to this unprofessional company. Didn’t respect the collection time, they were late 1h30min which ruined my plans, the didn’t clean properly my clothes and when I am trying to contact them I literally can’t, no one picks up the phone, no response to my emails, no response on the website. Very very disappointed. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Not a great service at all. They had lost my laundry and lied to me when it would return. They then refused to pay for the loss and ignored my emails, really bad customer service and have no care. I’d recommend using someone else for a more reliable / better service. They still haven’t helped me out and it has almost been two months, £300 worth in clothes missing. Service: Laundry wash & fold

    Do not use this service! I hate reviews because you don't know who is actually leaving the review but I had to warn others. My laundry delivery was 4 hours late, and the company blamed me because someone I was supposed to know there was a car restriction on the hotel street. They did not communicate at all about the delay or make me aware of the delay. It wasn't until I messaged 4 different times that someone explained the issue. Then my Laundry was delivered in a clear bag and not the pink silk Laundry bag I had my Laundry in when picked up. The o ly response was email us and someone will get back to you in 48 hours. Well that is after my flight leaves london. My biggest problem was that no one was actually sorry. It was just my problem. I recommend Laundry heap going forward. I should have used them this time, like I did last time, but lessened learned. Service: Laundry wash & fold

    Wish I had read some of the reviews on here before trying them out. I scheduled a collection from 3:00PM-5:00PM. When 5:00PM passed and they still hadn't collected it, I tried ringing them 6 times and no one answered. I then chatted with them via live chat and was first told 'we will collect it'. When I asked when, I was told between 5:00-7:00PM. There was no explanation as to the reason for the delay until I probed furhter, and then the excuse of traffic was given. I asked if they could contact me to advise of any delays instead of waiting for me to contact them, and all I was told was 'sure we will inform you'. That is yet to be proven I guess. I asked for a discount to account for the delay and was told they had to speak to their manager. In the end I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. Will go back to Laundry Heap.     They started off well, professional and on time. The third time was the last and disaster. We booked the collection for 1-3pm on Friday, as we have two young babies to navigate. The online chap ‘Roy’ informed they will collect between 8-10pm after no contact from them. The communication was so poor that you couldn’t contact them directly until now. I had to point out to them the phone number listed had 12 digits?. They have subsequently changed it to a London number but it just rings and rings. They only communicate online or via txt! They contacted me via txt and told the driver was stuck in traffic and could I collect tomorrow. Delivery was booked for Saturday with everything being delayed by a day. They offered me no compensation and I had to argue with the online bot with no guarantee of collection. Subsequently we cancelled and found a more suitable, more professional company to use. They have a non existent customer service and I was made to feel I was the one inconveniencing them. I wouldn’t recommend to use after the 1st wash problems will arise and the standard will drop. Avoid. Service: Laundry wash & fold
