I had Simon as an instructor in the Todmorden area and I absolutely would recommend both him and PSM! As I got to grips with driving, he was always very patient and helpful in guiding me with learning the basic skills, and when I got out driving on the road, he was fantastic in ensuring I was perfecting my skills, improving my all round driving and mastering specific techniques for maneuvers! By the time it came to my test I was more than ready thanks to Simon.

My instructor was Shahida B. I am very disappointed of the instructor attitude with the student. I was paying for my two hours lesson one day before and after one hour I was with my son to the emergency and stayed in hospital. When I realised that I can't attend the lesson, during the night I informed my instructor about this. She told me ok. Letter I realised that she charged me full for that lesson 70£, even she didn't come, didn't spend time and diesel. This is very disappointed. I was driving before in my country, so I am not new in driving, she knew this and she knew when it is my exam date. She told me take at least 2 hours every week lesson till my exam. I did it but near my exam date she told me that I am not prepared for it, I need 10 more hours. After this she told me that I might need another 10 more hours. I was feeling that I waste my money. Finally I took another instructor from another school and did three lessons and pass my exam.
