These guys are by far the best, most competent company in the industry I have used! I came in to get my car remapped I wasn't given any information prior when I showed up in the morning I was told it would take a couple of hours so me and my partner went away and returned 3 hours later we was then told another 30 minutes and came back over an out later when we came back I asked politely how much longer will it take one of the workers piped up and said "has he not told you it will be done when it's done". No i wasn't told that and if I had been I wouldn't of waited around all day other then freezing all day due to lack of communication and the rude staff member the job was completed as expected this should of been a 5 star review you just need to communicate better and work on customer service.

Came to psl performance as i wasn't happy with the current tuning work done to my car, didn't go to plan at first due to a failed boost solonoid but they managed to work there magic and put a smile back on my face. Thanks again top work i will be back soon for some more power.
