We were a large group out for a hen do and the staff could not have been more friendly or professional from bag check security, ID check through to the internal security - really impressed. Cheap drinks and plenty of space inside - we had a great night, thank you!

Absolutely horrendous. I went to pryzm as I was away at a friends. This place is horrible!! The bouncers didn’t take inconsideration that my friend was the one who was getting touched by a guy!! They grabbed my friend like they was the problem!!! I wouldn’t be going there again. Disgusting!! I asked to go to the other room just to grab my heels they bouncer completely ignored me and brushed me off like I wasn’t important! So I took it upon myself to move the barriers and go in at my own accord. I will not be going there in the future

I came here on my stag do, my brother wasn't allowed in because he had left a small screwdriver in his pocket(which he explicitly said he had and gave to the bouncers because he didn't mean to bring it). Bouncers were extremely areogant and obnoxious (excluding one female). Ruined my night and ruined my view of what a night out Brighton used to be.

This place is a joke.. seriously need to recruit some nicer staff, rude as can get. Never want to go again, I'll be sure to spread the word so that people avoid this place, you get treated like a criminal throughout the time you are here, drinks ridiculously expensive. I don't seem to be the only one complaining, so why does nothing change? Clearly big boss man couldn't care less about customer experience.

If I could give 0 starts I would - AWFUL service, we tried to get our coats we had left in a booth by the entrance on our way out but we’re told we were not allowed. When we asked when we we would be able to retrieve our coats we were told we wouldn’t be able to get them until everyone had exited the club. We waited until everyone had left before asking the workers if we were then able to go get our coats- they rudely assured us the club was ‘CLOSED’. We made it clear we were aware and only wanted to retrieve our coats from the venue that we were assured we’d be able to get them from. All they said was that we were ‘too late’ and there was ‘nothing we could do’ despite having been there since the place starting kicking people out. SO AWFUL,AVOID AT ALL COSTS
