Reasonable afternoon tea. Some interesting coffees. Nice location. It's not a particularly relaxed atmosphere with staff rushing around. I certainly didn't appreciate a staff member hitting me in the back with a chair as he rushed around moving furniture. The memer of staff didn't check to see if I was ok and instead carried on moving across the restaurant with a fleeting sorry. I hate to think of the distress and pain this would cause to someone who is more fragile. I'd have given 5 out if 10 if not for the physical injury caused by the member of staff.
