Hello. I’m very disappointed with the service provided by the company. My whole family make glasses with you and this is the second time that my glasses are completely the opposite of what I told the lady that was ok. The glasses are giving me headaches and my eyes are watering for some reason. I arrived late for my appointment just by 15 min because it was raining a lot and it’s hard to me to go out because I’m blind! No one at the shop and you guys couldn’t see me? Right now I’m going to call the eye department to let them know you guys “make” the glasses for the second time (it wasn’t for free) and both glasses are completely useless... I have certificate of blind and I’m registered with Lambeth as a blind person. Do you want me to give you the dates and the doctor who gave it to me? How dare you say that? You don’t even know your customers and I’m not saying that I’m more important than the other person I’m just saying that you guys didn’t try to help me at all. AS A BLIND PERSON, it’s hard for me to go out, and it was raining cats and dogs. And you didn’t even try to help me. That’s the kind of service you guys are providing for DISABLE PEOPLE.

Had my eye test done here. Very detailed and customer friendly approach. Just for a second opinion I then went for another test elsewhere (well known store) and I realised that Provision Opticians are much better. I came back and ordered my glasses too.

Have been using Provision Opticians for over a year now. As a first time glass wearer from my eye test to choosing my frames and the after service I've received has been nothing short of wonderful. Joanne especially has been particularly patient and given superb customer service, especially considering my indecisiveness! Great opticians, with a very quick service. Fully reccomended.
