My Brother Jonathan Irving died from a drug overdose in this hostel on the 6th December 2020. Not only was he dragged out his neighbors room after overdosing he was left on his own to die. The ambulance was unable to gain entry to the hostel. It has now been 6 months and the manager Simon who told us he would keep us in contact has not called us once, causing great pain to our family. We was told only one fatal overdose in their hostel and that was my brother but after calling up today they didn't even know my brothers name. My brother was never the same after staying at this hostel and was encouraged by staff to inject by giving out new needles like tissues If you want to live i would suggest finding another safe place to stay. The staff are corrupt.

They really look after the clients well in there. The standard of care they receive, medical, dental, hospitality and friendliness of the staff is superb. Cannot recommend more highly - it’s a shame it only goes up to 5 stars, otherwise I would probably give 6 stars.
