Excellent customer service and highly recommended. I bought a van a couple of months ago and couldn’t be happier with the van or the service I received. The van did develop a minor issue after a month but Pro vans lived up to their reputation and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently allowing me to take it to my local garage to repair…. We bought a VW Crafter LWB from Pro Vans Yorkshire & it was a great experience from start to finish. We were nervous choosing a van but it all went smoothly and Helen was very helpful with any questions we had, replying quickly on WhatsApp. They even changing the back door for us when we realised it didn't quite shut properly before we purchased, changed the windscreen and fixed any small dents and imperfections (within reason) in their bodyshop. Full MOT before sale with 6 months warranty which they honoured when we had an issue with the touch screen entertainment display and this went very smoothly. Really pleased with the service and friendly staff.
