I'm leaving feedback on behalf of a friend,having just seen the end results.....his dog was meant to have been bathed,clipped and had his nails done but no nails were clipped,the dog wasnt bathed and the clip is quite frankly appauling with it not even and chunks of hair taken out,one ear has been left longer than the other. Would avoid and never use this person, especially as they hung up on my friend when he phoned back to ask why these things hadn't been done.
