Do not trust these anymore. Since change of management last year they told me I needed new pads and discs all round and would be £500!!! It's been 7 months of driving everyday and booked a service in with my new garage and asked them to check pads and discs.... Well turns out they are fine. Rip offs!!

Booked an appointment online to have 4 x new tyres fitted. The appointment was booked for 1pm and was informed that it would be an hour, I was also asked to arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand. So I arrived at 12.40 but my car was taken into the tyre bay until 1.30 with it being handed back to me at 2.30. The person doing the work didn't put any form of seat protection either. Apart from the price paid for the tyres which was very competitive and the staff pleasant enough, I found the time spent there (nearly 2 hours) a tad lengthy and subsequently the experience disappointing.

Been a customer since 2016 and today was the first time protyre have tried to over charge and rip me off! They tried to charge £30 just for synthetic oil and once I'd pointed out it was only £11 on their own website it was reduced. Not sure if it's a change of management but very disappointed and won't be using them again.

Very rude and demeaning front desk staff. I'm not sure what customer service school they went to, but clearly, they didn't listen. I seemed like an inconvenience to their day. I have asked others, and their views are the same as mine... Rude!!!

Went in for new tyres, I waited for over an hour aswell, while i was waiting guy at the counter said has anyone told you about your brakes? I said no why? He said they are really bad that the discs were worn out and causing damage to the brakes themselves! It's funny as when i got the inspection report it showed no such thing!

Booked in for wheel alignment and 2 budgets after ATS EUROMASTER said they couldn't supply the ones I'd booked with them but for an extra £30, they could upgrade! No thanks I said, please refund me. No problems they said. I took it here to Protyre who told me that the tyres I'd booked weren't in stock (here we go again I thought!) but could pop similar ones on same price. I actually got ones which ATS wanted £90 each for and only paid , after a discount code, £55 each here. Wheel alignment also done on front but I declined the rears and got no hard sell. Oh and ATS EUROMASTER are yet to refund me still after 9 days. Their customer service are woeful. No problems here though.
