Used Protec a few times before for pest control services and had no issues. The most recent visit was really bad. They laid out very inhumane glue traps which are only meant to be out for 12 hours but left them for more than that, they also charged me for another visit to remove the mouse!? They also threatened me with a CCJ because I asked for the invoice to be adjusted to match the botch job they had done. I thankfully found a company called RenttoKill who came in to do an assessment and said the company we used previously (Protec) did a “cowboy” job and that it’s illegal to leave the glue traps out so long. I would urge you to save the hassle and get a proper company to handle your pest control issues. I would include photos of the botched glue traps but no one needs to see that.

Absolutely 5 star service. From the quick response (under 24 hours) to the pricing, everything is on point. I cant recommend these guys enough. Dont go with the big name and be messed about! Protec called an hour in advance of every attendance and fully explained things we could do to help ourselves to prevent reoccurrence. Fantastic team. Service: Rodent extermination
